Pete Gale is an experienced primary school teacher and the founder of Front Foot Cricket, a programme dedicated to developing young cricketers. He also leads schools and community initiatives for Herefordshire Cricket, widening access to the sport across the county.
Pete combines his teaching experience with a passion for cricket development, creating engaging and inclusive opportunities that inspire young players and nurture talent at all levels. He also offers 1‑to‑1 coaching, including Performance Lifestyle coaching, to support athletes in developing their skills, mindset, and overall performance on and off the field.
